Single step worm gearbox / Double step worm gearbox.

Housing: Material HT200-250, precision casting with core-shot mold, completed by one-time processing by imported horizontal machining center, and detected by a three-coordinate measuring instrument, the accuracy can reach 6-7 grades.

Gear parts: The material is 20CrMnTi, after infiltration and quenching treatment, the hardness can reach HRC57-62, the teeth are ground by a high-precision CNC gear machine, and the gear is tested by a comprehensive measuring instrument.

Shaft: Material 40Cr, hardness HBS230-270 after quenching and tempering treatment.

Worm Gear: The material is super wear-resistant tin bronze (ZCuSn10Pb1), and the gear is processed by the German gear hobbing machine PFAUTER or LIEBHERR, and the precision reaches 7 grades.

Worm shaft: The material is 20CrMnTi. After infiltration and quenching treatment, the hardness can reach HRC57-62. The teeth are ground by a CNC worm gear grinding machine and detected by a comprehensive gear measuring instrument.

Bearing: C&U, NSK. NTN. SKF

Oil Seal: SKF.
